Kawartha Lakes councillor Tracy Richardson returns to deputy mayor post

The Ward 8 councillor looks forward to supporting initiatives, including improving customer service, enacting budget priorities and the municipality’s 25th anniversary.

Charlie McDonald has handed the deputy mayor title back to Tracy Richardson, who was acclaimed to the role at Tuesday’s council meeting. Richardson served as deputy mayor in 2022 and 2023. Her one-year term begins Jan. 1.
